Obituary

Betty Ann Gapinski (nee Hafemann) age 89 of Hartford, passed away on Saturday March 20, 2021 in West Bend. She was born on February 12, 1932 in Milwaukee to Harry A. and Esther (nee Faltz) Hafemann. On April 28, 1951 she married Roman Anthony Gapinski at St Joseph Catholic Church in West Allis.

Betty retired from the US Postal Service after years of service. Her hobbies were traveling with her friends in the deaf community, doing puzzles and word games and loved to spend time with her family.
Betty is survived by her son-in-law John Kamrath, grandchildren Erik (Jess) Kamrath and Lyndsay (David) Zwaska, great-grandsons Roman Kamrath and Owen Zwaska. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Roman and daughter Doreen Kamrath.

A Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday March 29th at 10:00am at St Peter Catholic Church in Slinger with Fr Richard Stoffel presiding.
