Betty Jane Fligge (nee Habersat), age 93, walked into the arms of Jesus on Monday, August 27, 2018 at St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend. She was born on October 29, 1924 in Milwaukee to Norman and Helen (nee Dwan) Habersat. She married her love, Raymond "Ray" Fligge on April 30, 1943 in Texas. She spent many years being active in St. Luke Church in Slinger. Betty enjoyed her cards, the casinos, arts and crafts, music of all kinds-especially watching her grandchildren perform. Betty embroidered baby quilts for each of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her favorite was spending her time with family.

Betty is survived by her children, Sandra Ann Axtman (nee Fligge), Raymond "Tony" (Sarah Rebecca) Fligge; grandchildren Darlien (JP) Pausch, Dawnmarie (Hugh) O'Donnell, Elizabeth (John II) Eads, Brian (Angela) Axtman, Laura (Doug) Davis, Matthew (Maria) Axtman, Nathan (Kim) Fligge, Seth (Angela) Fligge, Joseph (Chelsea) Axtman, Susan (Dan) Wilke; great-grandchildren Michael O'Donnell, James O'Donnell, Christian O'Donnell, Sophia O'Donnell, Jonathan Axtman, Daniel Axtman, Michael Axtman, Matthew Axtman, Emily Axtman, Nicholas Axtman, Jessica Axtman, Alyssa Axtman, Emma Axtman, Amanda Davis, Daniel Davis, Stephanie Davis, Leah Davis, Ashley Aldridge, Aaron Fligge, Katie Steele, Matt Steele, Molly Wilke, Sadie Wilke, Abigail Wilke, Kenadie Wilke, Gavin Wilke, Lanie Wilke, Griffin Wilke, Ethan (Brittney) Pausch, Landen Pausch, Lorren Pausch, Allysen Eads, John Eads III, Colin Eads, Story Axtman; special friends Luci Daly and Al Jaeger. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Betty is preceded in death by her loving husband Ray, her parents and her siblings.

A Funeral Service will be at 11:00AM on Friday, September 7, 2018 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, September 7, 2018 from 10:00AM until 11:00AM. Entombment will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Living Word Lutheran High School Fine Arts Department (2230 Living Word Lane Jackson, WI 53037).
