Beth Ann Osborne (nee Sager), age 48, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at her home in Slinger. She was born on April 3, 1970 in Milwaukee, WI to Herbert and Rita (nee Emmer) Sager. She was a registered nurse for Children's Hospital of Milwaukee, Elmbrook Hospital and the latest was St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend. Beth married her soulmate, Earl Brooks Osborne on May 15, 2010 at the Holy Hill Basilica National Shrine of Mary, Help of Christians. She was very creative with weaving baskets and enjoyed making her personalized cards. Beth will be greatly missed.

Beth is survived by her husband, Brooks; her parents, Herbert and Rita Sager; brothers, Paul (Beth Marie) Sager, Joel Sager, Jeffrey Sager; parents-in-law, Earl and Marlene Osborne; sisters-in-law Debbie (Charles) Wheeler, Gay (Rick) Barnhart, Earllynn (Jeff) Jackson, Kelly (Greg) Homol. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Beth is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Erwin and Elsie Emmer, Herbert F. and Lorraine Sager.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30AM on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the Basilica National Shrine of Mary, Help if Christians at Holy Hill, St. Therese Chapel (1525 Carmel Drive Hubertus, WI 53033) with Fr. Don Brick presiding. Visitation will be Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the church from 10:00AM until 11:15AM. Interment at St. John's Cemetery (Town of Erin).

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Basilica National Shrine at Holy Hill and/or charity of choice.

Beth always walked her walk in life with a smile!
