Bernice E. Boettcher (nee Ullrich), age 83, of West Bend, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2014, at Ivy Manor in Campbellsport. She was born in Campbellsport on July 26, 1931, to August and Esther (nee Haug) Ullrich. Bernice was united in marriage to Robert A. Boettcher on June 26, 1954, at St. John's Lutheran Church in West Bend.

Bernice was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She worked at the West Bend Co. and Amity in her younger years, and later held the proud profession of homemaker. Bernice will be fondly remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.

Bernice is survived by her husband, Robert, of 60 years; children Dawn (Jerry) Wilson of Fox Lake, Diane (Harold) Felberg of Hudson, Debra (Ronald) Baumhardt of Campbellsport and David (Yvonne) Boettcher of Kewaskum; grandchildren Angela (Randy) Raymond, Andrew (Andrea) Felberg, Amy Felberg, Ann Felberg, Jennifer Juech, Jonathan Juech, Brianna Baumhardt, Brandon Baumhardt, Timothy Boettcher and Michael Boettcher; great-grandchildren Ashley, Christopher, Shawn, Nicholas, Megan, Nathan, Ayden and Leila; sister Marie Feuerhammer of Campbellsport; sisters-in-law Nancy Ullrich of Cherry Valley and Helen Yohann of Muskego; brothers-in-law Leroy Hoepner of West Bend and Howard Boettcher; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents and in-laws; brothers Richard (Audrey) Ullrich, Bernard Ullrich and Claude (Diane) Ullrich; sisters Iona (Harold) Ebert and Marcella Hoepner; brother-in-law Harold Feuerhammer, Ralph (Shirley) Boettcher; and granddaughter Sarah Boettcher.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend) on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 1pm. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home from 11am until the time of the service. Entombment will follow at Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend. Memorials to the Sarah Boettcher Scholarship Foundation appreciated.
