Barbara A. Adell (nee Windsor), age 55, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. She was born on April 16, 1960 in West Bend to Delmar and Hazel (nee Stewart) Windsor. She attended West Bend East High school and later was employed at Northshore Clinic and Associates. Barbara was very enthusiastic about her job, spending time with her family, especially her grandson. She enjoyed trips up north to Rice Lake to visit her cousin Connie and "the clan". Barbara loved her cards and drinking!

Barbara is survived by her beloved husband Michael; loving daughter Becky (Isaiah) Potvin; grandson Justin; 2 sisters Jody (Dave) Dehling and Cindy Katheiser. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, son Josh and her sister Suzanne Watry.

A Memorial Service will be at 6:00PM on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend). Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4:00PM until the time of the service at 6:00PM.
