Anton E. Staral "Tony", age 81, passed away at home with his loving family by his side Sunday, April, 12th, 2015. He was born on April 13, 1933 to Anton and Cecelia (nee Cherveny) Staral. He met Marie (nee Huiras) and they married on October 5, 1957.

Tony was retired for 21 years from the West Bend Company where he worked for 42 years. He loved boating on Big Cedar and later on Lake of the Ozarks during his retirement. Since retirement, Tony and his wife had played over 7,000 games of Cribbage. Polka dancing and casino road trips were also past times Tony and Marie shared. They visited every state except Alaska. Enjoying family was most important to him. Tony was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Tony is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marie; children Michael (Kathleen) Staral, Mary Kay (William) Henkle, Gary (special friend Nikki) Staral; grandchildren Jason (Krista), Chad (Dan Baker) Staral, Lauren, Annie, Joey, Carolyn Henkle, Jake, Samantha and Tony Staral; great-grandchildren Addison and Blake Staral; siblings Eileen (Tom) Ackerman and Kathy Johnson. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Tony is preceded in death by his parents.

A private Mass of Christian Burial for Tony will take place.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Brian Wolter, Dr. Aimee Welsh and the staff at Seasons Hospice for all the care and compassion they offered Tony during his journey.
