Andrew "Andy" F. Keppert went home to the Lord on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at the age of 83 years.

Andy was born on February 21, 1930 in Marshfield to Frank and Isabelle (nee Reinwend) Keppert. Isabelle died at a young age, and Andy was raised at St. Michael's orphanage in La Crosse. As a young teen, Andy went to stay with the Flock family for a short time. He then joined the Alphonse Wiebel family where he was treated truly as a part of their family. He excelled as a farmhand in both families and learned many life lessons along the way. Andy was a graduate of Cashton High School, Class of 1948. He married Judith "Judy" Warner on July 11, 1958. They went on to have six children.

Andy is survived by his wife of 55 years, Judy; children Maureen, Teresa, Mark (Kelly), and Andrea (fiancé Greg Ensenbach); daughter-in-law Sally; grandchildren Michael (girlfriend Crystal), Vanessa (Gene) Henning, Jessica, Rachel, Michael, Jr., Faith, Mark, Jr., Andrew, Zachary, David, Weston, and Anthony; and great-grandchildren Devante, Christian, Gia Monet, Gianni, Ji'Air, and Ji'Zel. He is further survived by his siblings William (Yvonne), Patrick, and Mona (Oliver) Thums, and many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.

Andy is preceded in death by his son Michael; parents Frank and Isabelle; and siblings Marian (Patrick) Patterson, Charles, Daniel, Joseph (Audrey), and Lawrence (Catherine).

Gathering will take place for Andy at First Baptist Church, 2300 S. Main St. in West Bend from 4:00 PM until 5:45 PM on Monday, October 7, 2013 with a funeral service to follow at 6:00 PM with Pastor Bruce Dunford presiding. Private interment will take place at Forest Home Cemetery in Milwaukee. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to First Baptist Church or Cedar Community (5595 Cty Rd. Z, West Bend, WI 53095).
