Alvin "Al" E. Tempelmann, 85, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at the Aurora Medical Center in Grafton. He was born on October 28, 1933 in Richfield, WI to Alvin and Clara (nee Funk) Tempelmann. He enjoyed his farming, factory work for the Slinger Foundry, Chrysler Outboard and Wacker Manufacturing. Al was a lifelong member of St. John's U.C.C. in Slinger.
Al is survived by nieces and nephews, Shirley (Dave) Ritger of Hartford, Bonnie (Michael) Runkel of Cedarburg, Eugene (Audrey) Dettmann of Slinger, Delores Avery of Kearney, MO and Margie (Richard) Hiller of Phelps; WI; 8 great-nieces and nephews;13 great-great-nieces and nephews. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Al is preceded in death by his parents, infant brother Elroy, sisters Mabel (Bob) Herther and Dorothy (Earl) Dettmann.
A Private Funeral Service per Al's wishes will be held. Private Interment at Union Cemetery in Slinger.
